I am a Melbourne based designer currently working in service design.

 

My journey began in online customer service where the customer is the priority.  From customer service I worked my way into the ecommerce world first as an ecommerce assistant to coordinator to specialist. I always knew that design was of interest to me and so was my passion for the user being the centre of every company I have worked for.

Due to having these two passions, I have finally put them to work with UX Design experience. From a course with RMIT to now leading projects with my current employer.

When Im not defending the users you'll find me...

Baking up a storm, spending time with my family or going for a run.
